We make sure that every item that we deliver to you is in good working condition but If ever there is case that you have complaints regarding the item you received, please contact us right away. For problems discovered arising from defects, please check the Warranty Policy Page.

At GIGATOOLS, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of your original purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of purchase for standard stock items.
  • Order Basis Products: Please note that products specifically marked or sold as "Order Basis" are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and unused. All items will be tested and diagnosed to ensure they are in perfect working order before a replacement is approved.
  • Damaged products such as rusted, scratched, fingerprints, discolored, or otherwise not pristine, among other reasons which indicates product is not in good order or condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and items that have been opened, damaged, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be replaced or refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be replaced or refunded.

2. Fees and Costs

  • Restocking Fee: All replacements and returns are subject to a fixed restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

3. The Return Process

  • Initiation: To start a return or replacement, please contact us immediately at sales@gigatools.ph. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping Address: Please mail your product to: GIGATOOLS, 293-299 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City.
  • Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@gigatools.ph.
