  • 1 Year motor and pump warranty against factory defects under normal operating conditions.
  • Applicable to official BLACK+DECKER consumer pressure washers.
  • Subject to inspection and evaluation by an Authorized Service Center to determine warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty is void if the motor or pump is damaged due to running dry (insufficient water supply), improper voltage supply, use with unfiltered/dirty water, or continuous operation beyond the unit's rated duty cycle.
  • Rejected Claims: Warranty will be voided if damage results from physical impact, unauthorized modifications, freezing damage (leaving water inside the pump during storage), kinked hoses causing motor strain, or evidence of user negligence. Standard wear-and-tear accessories (O-rings, high-pressure hoses, nozzles, and spray guns) are not covered.

  3. Step 3: Pay Applicable Charges. Cover any charges for non-warranty items (labor, parts, or accessories) as needed.
  4. Step 4: Wait for Delivery. Receive your repaired tool after the service is completed.
