Anest Iwata Warranty Coverage
- 6 months warranty against factory defects under normal operating conditions.
- Applicable to the wide range of Anest Iwata equipment, including spray guns, air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, paint pressure tanks, and related accessories.
- Subject to inspection and evaluation by an Authorized Service Center to determine warranty eligibility.
- Warranty is void if equipment failure is due to improper installation, incorrect power/air supply, lack of prescribed maintenance, or continuous operation beyond the unit's rated capacity or duty cycle.
- Rejected: Claims will be denied if damage results from unauthorized modifications, use of non-genuine parts, incompatible fittings, physical impact, improper fluid use, or any user negligence (User Error).
Please retain your original proof of purchase. Warranty claims are valid only with proper documentation submitted within the warranty period.

The delivery rate is determined by the respective On-Demand Delivery Service platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, MoveIt, or JoyRide among others. Please check if your delivery address is serviceable. Customers may book their preferred delivery service platform through the respective apps. Please note that you may only book the pickup of items once the Sales Agent confirms that item is Ready-for-Pickup (RFP) to avoid canceled booking.

For our nationwide customers who are purchasing by bulk or are willing to wait for their packages. This can be a cheaper option. Both APCargo and Jades Cargo offer freight collect, which means that payment of shipping fee will be upon pickup of the parcel at their respective branches near you.

Another convenient and cheap way of shipment is via Regional Bus. Customer may opt for either Victory , Florida, Bataan Transit, Genesis, among others. Please find out which bus liner station/s are near your location for convenient pickups. Rates are dependent on size and/or weight of the package as well as the distance. Customers can choose between LBC, JRS, J&T, etc for fast and reliable services delivered at your doorstep. Shipping costs are dependent on weight and location of your address. Please coordinate with our sale agent if you wish to avail this service.
For those shipping addresses that are not reachable by on-demand delivery services (such as grab/lalamove) but requiring urgent delivery, customers may avail of a next day delivery service from fleet delivery service companies such as Transportify or Lalamove (same day delivery is possible if booked early e.g. before 12 noon, for on-stock items). This is a land trip based delivery so serviceable areas are still dependent on actual delivery destination.
