DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DETAILS

The delivery rate is determined by the respective On-Demand Delivery Service platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, MoveIt, or JoyRide among others. Please check if your delivery address is serviceable. Customers may book their preferred delivery service platform through the respective apps. Please note that you may only book the pickup of items once the Sales Agent confirms that item is Ready-for-Pickup (RFP) to avoid canceled booking.

Only on-stock items are available for same day delivery. To avail of this service, please book before 4pm.

For our nationwide customers who are purchasing by bulk or are willing to wait for their packages. This can be a cheaper option. Both APCargo and Jades Cargo offer freight collect, which means that payment of shipping fee will be upon pickup of the parcel at their respective branches near you.

Estimated delivery date is 1 to 3 weeks, the duration depends on how far away you are from Manila.

Another convenient and cheap way of shipment is via Regional Bus. Customer may opt for either Victory , Florida, Bataan Transit, Genesis, among others. Please find out which bus liner station/s are near your location for convenient pickups. Rates are dependent on size and/or weight of the package as well as the distance. Handling fee may apply for this service.

Customers can choose between LBC, JRS, J&T, etc for fast and reliable services delivered at your doorstep. Shipping costs are dependent on weight and location of your address. Please coordinate with our sale agent if you wish to avail this service.

For those shipping addresses that are not reachable by on-demand delivery services (such as grab/lalamove) but requiring urgent delivery, customers may avail of a next day delivery service from fleet delivery service companies such as Transportify or Lalamove (same day delivery is possible if booked early e.g. before 12 noon, for on-stock items). This is a land trip based delivery so serviceable areas are still dependent on actual delivery destination. Warranty Coverage for BOSCH Tools

  • All BOSCH Professional Power Tools (including batteries and chargers) and BOSCH Measuring Tools are entitled to a 1-year warranty period from the date of purchase, covering parts and labor.
  • BOSCH Home and Garden Tools (e.g. Aquatak range, DIY, and tools with green-colored body) are entitled to a 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase, covering parts and labor.

Free Pickup and Delivery Service
BOSCH offers free pickup and delivery for warranty and repair of your power tools at selected Authorized Service Centers in the Philippines.* Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: Contact the Authorized Service Center
    Find the nearest Authorized Service Center (ASC) from the list HERE to schedule a pickup.
  • Step 2: Prepare Your Tool for Pickup
    Package your tool securely, including proof of purchase, a note detailing the fault, and your full name, company name (if applicable), phone number, and complete address. The ASC will arrange a courier to collect the tool on the next working day.
  • Step 3: Pay Any Applicable Charges
    For non-warranty tools, the ASC will provide a cost estimate for labor, parts, or other charges. Payment must be made (via bank deposit, e-wallet, etc.) before repairs are completed for non-warranty items.
  • Step 4: Receive Your Repaired Tool
    Once repairs are done, the ASC will schedule delivery of your tool via courier. You’ll receive a checklist and/or photo of the items upon return.

Important Notes:

  • *Free pickup and delivery are available for a single delivery only. If items are not received and require redelivery, additional charges may apply.
  • For warranty tools, repairs are free if covered. For non-warranty tools, the ASC will confirm costs and payment methods.
  • Available at selected BOSCH Authorized Service Centers only.
  • Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-210201 Series of 2025.
