Free Pickup and Delivery Service
As an authorized BOSCH dealer, GIGATOOLS offers access to BOSCH’s free pickup and delivery service for warranty and repair of your power tools at selected Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) in the Philippines.* Ensure your BOSCH tools are backed by this reliable service by purchasing from GIGATOOLS. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Contact the Authorized Service Center
Find the nearest Authorized Service Center (ASC) from the list HERE to schedule a pickup. -
Step 2: Prepare Your Tool for Pickup
Package your tool securely, including proof of purchase from GIGATOOLS, a note detailing the fault, and your full name, company name (if applicable), phone number, and complete address. The ASC will arrange a courier to collect the tool on the next working day. -
Step 3: Pay Any Applicable Charges
For non-warranty tools, the ASC will provide a cost estimate for labor, parts, or other charges. Payment must be made (via bank deposit, e-wallet, etc.) before repairs are completed for non-warranty items. -
Step 4: Receive Your Repaired Tool
Once repairs are done, the ASC will schedule delivery of your tool via courier. You’ll receive a checklist and/or photo of the items upon return.
Important Notes:
- *Free pickup and delivery are available for a single delivery only. If items are not received and require redelivery, additional charges may apply.
- For warranty tools purchased from GIGATOOLS, repairs are free if covered. For non-warranty tools, the ASC will confirm costs and payment methods.
- Available at selected BOSCH Authorized Service Centers only.
- Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-210201 Series of 2025.
