DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DETAILS

The delivery rate is determined by the respective On-Demand Delivery Service platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, MoveIt, or JoyRide among others. Please check if your delivery address is serviceable. Customers may book their preferred delivery service platform through the respective apps. Please note that you may only book the pickup of items once the Sales Agent confirms that item is Ready-for-Pickup (RFP) to avoid canceled booking.

Only on-stock items are available for same day delivery. To avail of this service, please book before 4pm.

For our nationwide customers who are purchasing by bulk or are willing to wait for their packages. This can be a cheaper option. Both APCargo and Jades Cargo offer freight collect, which means that payment of shipping fee will be upon pickup of the parcel at their respective branches near you.

Estimated delivery date is 1 to 3 weeks, the duration depends on how far away you are from Manila.

Another convenient and cheap way of shipment is via Regional Bus. Customer may opt for either Victory , Florida, Bataan Transit, Genesis, among others. Handling fee may apply for this service.

This is a land trip based delivery so serviceable areas are still dependent on actual delivery destination.
