Built around the proven 746A hydraulic ram and 767 hand pump, the kit combines Slug-Buster® punches (1/2"–2") — which eliminate loose slugs during punching — with Standard Round punches (2-1/2"–4") for the larger knockout sizes. A new optimized die design is engineered for the widest range of materials and drivers, while knurled punch edges provide a better grip during operation. Laser markings allow for quick part identification on the job, and integrated alignment markings improve punching accuracy on every knockout.

Setup is simplified through draw studs with a "dog point" tip, which helps eliminate cross-threading during assembly, and a hex key access point for easy removal from the tool. The kit is fully compatible with the broader Greenlee knockout ecosystem — the same draw studs are shared with the Intelli-PUNCH™, LS50L2, and 746A ram systems, protecting your investment in existing Greenlee knockout accessories. The compact, lightweight design supports fast, easy one-person operation, and the complete kit is housed in a dedicated carrying case for organized transport and storage.
