The delivery rate is determined by the respective On-Demand Delivery Service platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, MoveIt, or JoyRide among others. Please check if your delivery address is serviceable. Customers may book their preferred delivery service platform through the respective apps. Please note that you may only book the pickup of items once the Sales Agent confirms that item is Ready-for-Pickup (RFP) to avoid canceled booking.

Only on-stock items are available for same day delivery. To avail of this service, please book before 4pm.

For our nationwide customers who are purchasing by bulk or are willing to wait for their packages. This can be a cheaper option. Both APCargo and Jades Cargo offer freight collect, which means that payment of shipping fee will be upon pickup of the parcel at their respective branches near you.

Estimated delivery date is 1 to 3 weeks, the duration depends on how far away you are from Manila.

Another convenient and cheap way of shipment is via Regional Bus. Customer may opt for either Victory , Florida, Bataan Transit, Genesis, among others. Please find out which bus liner station/s are near your location for convenient pickups. Rates are dependent on size and/or weight of the package as well as the distance. Handling fee may apply for this service.

Customers can choose between LBC, JRS, J&T, etc for fast and reliable services delivered at your doorstep. Shipping costs are dependent on weight and location of your address. Please coordinate with our sale agent if you wish to avail this service.

For those shipping addresses that are not reachable by on-demand delivery services (such as grab/lalamove) but requiring urgent delivery, customers may avail of a next day delivery service from fleet delivery service companies such as Transportify or Lalamove (same day delivery is possible if booked early e.g. before 12 noon, for on-stock items). This is a land trip based delivery so serviceable areas are still dependent on actual delivery destination.
