Manufactured from custom drop-forged, heat-treated steel, it delivers exceptional durability and dependable gripping performance for utility, telecommunications, and electrical line work.
Designed for EHS, messenger, and guy strand cables ranging from 0.125 to 0.500-Inch (3.18 to 12.70 mm), the grip features a curved aggressive knurled jaw that applies gripping pressure across a 1/4-Inch (6.35 mm) cable area for a secure hold during pulling operations. Each grip is individually hand inspected, actuated, and rigorously load tested to ensure reliable field performance and consistent quality.
With a maximum safe working load of 5,000 lb (2,268 kg), the Haven's® Cable Grip is ideal for temporary cable installation where strength, reliability, and ease of handling are essential.
