Like the XI350, the XI500 operates on a 3-phase power supply but with a higher input power of 24.7 kVA, ensuring it can handle the most intense welding conditions.

The XI500 supports the same range of steel and aluminum wires as the XI350, offering versatility in material handling. It maintains the same high power factor of 0.93 and efficiency of 0.85, ensuring consistent performance while minimizing energy consumption. The machine's rugged design, with an IP 23 protection rating and F-class insulation, guarantees durability and safety. Despite its increased power, the XI500 remains relatively lightweight at 43 kg, making it easy to maneuver and set up in various work environments.
