Warranty Coverage for Makita Tools

This Makita tool is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1.5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only when the product is used under normal conditions in accordance with the operating instructions.

Warranty claims for this product are subject to evaluation by an authorized Makita Service Center to determine coverage eligibility.
Proof of purchase from GIGATOOLS is required to validate the warranty.
At Makita’s discretion, a defective product will be repaired or replaced with a new replacement product free of charge during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or repairs or alterations made by unauthorized persons or service centers.
Normal wear and tear parts, such as carbon brushes, bearings, switches, and other consumable components that naturally degrade with regular use due to friction, heat, or mechanical stress, are not covered under this warranty. These parts are expected to require periodic replacement as part of routine maintenance.
This warranty does not apply to products used for commercial or rental purposes, which may be subject to different warranty terms.
This warranty is valid exclusively for products purchased from GIGATOOLS, an authorized Makita dealer in the Philippines.

Delivery and Shipping Details

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DETAILS

The delivery rate is determined by the respective On-Demand Delivery Service platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, MoveIt, or JoyRide among others. Please check if your delivery address is serviceable. Customers may book their preferred delivery service platform through the respective apps. Please note that you may only book the pickup of items once the Sales Agent confirms that item is Ready-for-Pickup (RFP) to avoid canceled booking.

Only on-stock items are available for same day delivery. To avail of this service, please book before 4pm.

For our nationwide customers who are purchasing by bulk or are willing to wait for their packages. This can be a cheaper option. Both APCargo and Jades Cargo offer freight collect, which means that payment of shipping fee will be upon pickup of the parcel at their respective branches near you.

Estimated delivery date is 1 to 3 weeks, the duration depends on how far away you are from Manila.

To find out if there are APCargo or Jades Cargo branches near your address or simply to know more about this option, kindly chat with us over at Facebook Messenger or Viber.

Another convenient and cheap way of shipment is via Regional Bus. Customer may opt for either Victory , Florida, Bataan Transit, Genesis, among others. Please find out which bus liner station/s are near your location for convenient pickups. Rates are dependent on size and/or weight of the package as well as the distance. Handling fee may apply for this service.

Customers can choose between LBC, JRS, J&T, etc for fast and reliable services delivered at your doorstep. Shipping costs are dependent on weight and location of your address. Please coordinate with our sale agent if you wish to avail this service.

For those shipping addresses that are not reachable by on-demand delivery services (such as grab/lalamove) but requiring urgent delivery, customers may avail of a next day delivery service from fleet delivery service companies such as Transportify or Lalamove (same day delivery is possible if booked early e.g. before 12 noon, for on-stock items). This is a land trip based delivery so serviceable areas are still dependent on actual delivery destination.
