Warranty Coverage for Makita Tools

This Makita tool is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1.5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only when the product is used under normal conditions in accordance with the operating instructions.

• Warranty claims for this product are subject to evaluation by an authorized Makita Service Center to determine coverage eligibility.
• Proof of purchase from GIGATOOLS is required to validate the warranty.
• At Makita’s discretion, a defective product will be repaired or replaced with a new replacement product free of charge during the warranty period.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or repairs or alterations made by unauthorized persons or service centers.
• Normal wear and tear parts, such as carbon brushes, bearings, switches, and other consumable components that naturally degrade with regular use due to friction, heat, or mechanical stress, are not covered under this warranty. These parts are expected to require periodic replacement as part of routine maintenance.
• This warranty does not apply to products used for commercial or rental purposes, which may be subject to different warranty terms.
• This warranty is valid exclusively for products purchased from GIGATOOLS, an authorized Makita dealer in the Philippines.
