HIGHLIGHTS:
The Mitutoyo mechanical disc micrometer uses flat discs made with hardened steel in our own Japanese facilities to measure lengths of spur and helical gears. The flatness and thinness of the discs allow for reliable measurements in tight spaces. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements and eliminates over-speed error.
FEATURES:
- Points are constructed of hardened steel or carbide depending on the model
- Ratchet mechanism provides an audible click to ensure measurement is being performed at a constant pre-set force
- Vernier scale graduated to .001” on the thimble helps with taking precise outer dimension measurements
- A spindle lock provides a secure locking of the measurement position for easier recording
- Satin chrome finish on the sleeve and laser etched measurements on thimble for easier reading
- Frame is constructed of high-grade steel and has a baked enamel finish for durability
- Supplied in fitted plastic case

For our nationwide customers who are purchasing by bulk or are willing to wait for their packages. This can be a cheaper option. Both APCargo and Jades Cargo offer freight collect, which means that payment of shipping fee will be upon pickup of the parcel at their respective branches near you.

Another convenient and cheap way of shipment is via Regional Bus. Customer may opt for either Victory , Florida, Bataan Transit, Genesis, among others. Please find out which bus liner station/s are near your location for convenient pickups. Rates are dependent on size and/or weight of the package as well as the distance. Customers can choose between LBC, JRS, J&T, etc for fast and reliable services delivered at your doorstep. Shipping costs are dependent on weight and location of your address. Please coordinate with our sale agent if you wish to avail this service.
For those shipping addresses that are not reachable by on-demand delivery services (such as grab/lalamove) but requiring urgent delivery, customers may avail of a next day delivery service from fleet delivery service companies such as Transportify or Lalamove (same day delivery is possible if booked early e.g. before 12 noon, for on-stock items). This is a land trip based delivery so serviceable areas are still dependent on actual delivery destination.
