HIGHLIGHTS:

The Shinsetsu 14" Concrete Cutter series (SCC-1014 / SCC-1014R / SCC-1014H / SCC-1014D) is a heavy-duty walk-behind concrete cutter designed for cutting concrete, asphalt, and other hard materials — commonly used in roadwork and demolition applications. The series is available with a choice of four engine options, giving users the flexibility to select the power source that best suits their job site requirements.

With a 14-inch blade capacity and a maximum cutting depth of 90mm, the cutter delivers deep, accurate cuts suitable for a range of construction applications. The blade spins at 3,600 RPM and accepts blade sizes from 300–350mm (12–14 in.), with cutting depth adjusted via handle rotation for convenient on-the-fly control.

An integrated 14-liter water tank feeds the onboard water system to suppress dust and cool the blade during operation, extending blade lifespan and improving job site air quality. The machine starts via a recoil starter and is built with a well-structured design for easy maintenance. C&U bearings are used throughout, and key components are made from alloy steel with heat treatment to enhance durability and wear resistance. A high-strength belt ensures stable, consistent cutting performance throughout operation.
